Life is a natural process of unfolding and uncovering ~ a spiral path of bringing us home to our center and revealing the truth of who we are, our authentic expression of Love.
The unfolding involves unbecoming ~ calming our overstimulated nervous systems, shedding outdated beliefs and stories, discovering and releasing what no longer works and keeps uus feeling stuck, and not staying attached to the patterns that keep us disconnected from ourselves and one another. It also involves
becoming ~ growing, aligning with our true selves, stepping into our soul's greatest potential and purpose, and connecting more lovingly and coherently to one another.​

This is the transition from the old to the new and what is occuring ~ personally and collectively ~ in our personal lives and in the world in profound and
dramatic ways. We are in the midst of a major transformation on our planet.
Growth is essential; if we hold onto the old, we remain stuck, stagnant, and struggling. Yet expansion, although freeing, can feel unsettling and uncertain, especially in times of uncertainty and darkness. Many women are sensing the need for deeper meaning and growth and a new way forward but aren’t sure where to begin.

I create a safe, gentle space, for individuals and groups, as I guide women to become more deeply aware and shed the old stories, beliefs, and patterns that have
kept them disconnected from their true selves and others. Beyond personal transformation, I help women recognize that they belong to something greater ~ an awakening of love, healing, and purpose that extends far beyond themselves ~
and that their personal transformation inspires and sparks change for the collective awakening, carrying profound meaning and significance in the world.
My passion is supporting and guiding women along this powerful journey. Using my Signature Program, Heart Integrity and other proven tools and practices, ​I love working with women who are ready to look at their lives
from a fresh perspective and break free from what no longer works, especially women leaders who have the ability to powerfully impact many.
When we allow our wisdom and light to be stronger than our fears and limiting beliefs, we align with our truth and inspire others to do the same. The ripple effect is undeniable.
